Our family vacations on Anna Maria Island blossomed into thousands of getaways for others. After discovering the island in 2002, we purchased our first vacation rental just a year later. Its allure drew us back six times annually, until finally, in 2011, we made Anna Maria Island our permanent residence. Leaving behind the dreary weather of the UK for Anna Maria Island's sunny skies seemed inevitable. Thus, SeaBreeze Vacation was born, founded on the principle that everyone should experience a taste of paradise. Today, our dedication to hospitality and treating guests like family has propelled us to manage around 100 properties. The SeaBreeze family has expanded, welcoming SeaBreeze Construction, SeaBreeze Design, and now, SeaBreeze Real Estate joining our ranks.
